Pros
It helped me improved my communication skills since we have to conduct an interview to different line managers each day to complete our tasks.
It gives me insight and experience on how they do things in the workplace.
They are hands-on with their interns. Every move they take, they make sure that their interns are aware of the steps and improvements that the company is in partaking.
Improvement of communication skills since the work involves dealing or talking with employees in various positions from different departments of the company.
They trained their interns to be credited ready in the corporate world. They have shaped the interns to communicate with every employees regardless of its position.
Cons
Lack of supervision. Some of the Interns supervisor are not always around when the interns need them.
As some of the employees are still working on-site, there were some problems with the communication.
I can say for now that there are no areas that need improvement in the practicum program of SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. I feel that they take a lot of care for the interns that are working for them. They will make you feel that you are one of them.
The cooperation of some employees can be improved since they sometimes take a long time to respond to inquiries/requests resulting to a delay in the work of interns.
